Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at CREATIVETECH.AE operated by CREATIVE TECH GOODS WHOLESALERS LLC

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. this means that the product must 

1. Still as new
2. Have the original packaging
3. Have the original tags
4. Not used 
5. Does not smell of food

If these conditions are not all met or If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to return or exchange the products

Send us an email at jy@creativetech.ae and send your item(s) to:

Creative Tech Goods Wholesalers LLC, Business bay Marasi Drive, Tamani Arts Towers office 938, Dubai DU, United Arab Emirates. 

After we receive your return or exchange, we will inform you if accepted or not. then if accepted we will issue the refund. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

All costs incurred in the shipping of the returned or exchanged items will be on the customer, including the commissions paid for the payment gateway.

Refunds will be effected only through the original mode of payment.
